Would you say this is fair? I live in Brazil and will take some time until I can get it fixed. I have 3 dongles, one from dongle purchase, one from BMCC 2.5K, and one from URSA Mini 4.6K. I am in a professional environment with many things going on, relying on software that I do love, that I paid for, and because of a fault in your hardware I can´t deliver the videos to my clients. Dongle you can use on any PC anywhere, Card you can have two active at a time.Dongle you NEED the dongle, Card you don't 'need' anything (aside from the code). It would appear from the launch attempts today, that the dongle is not would appear that either the USB hardware (port/controller) is defective, or the dongle is defective. With the Activation Key, you can move between operating systems and have up to two systems running off the same key at once. All the vendors Ive looked into (except Core Microsystems) say they will deliver an activation card via regular mail (which is a drag).
